Warranty

Our products are covered by a 6 month warranty which is provided to the original purchaser of the product and covers defects in material or workmanship for a period of three months from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, the defective product will be repaired or replaced at no charge to the customer.

What Is Covered:

  • Repair or replacement of parts found to be defective under normal use and maintenance.
  • Labor and parts necessary for repair.
  • Costs associated with shipping the defective product to our repair center (if applicable).

What Is Not Covered:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage resulting from improper use, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or modifications.
  • Consumable parts such as batteries unless a defect in material or workmanship has occurred.
  • Damage due to external causes such as floods, fire, or natural disasters.

How to Make a Claim:

  1. Contact our customer service team via email or phone to initiate a claim.
  2. Provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the defect.
  3. Follow the instructions provided by customer service to send the defective product for assessment.

Limitations of Warranty:

  • This warranty is void if the product has been opened, modified, or repaired by anyone other than an authorized service center.
  • This warranty provides specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from country to country.
  • The warranty is limited to the replacement value of the product and does not cover any consequential damages such as loss of revenue or loss of data.
